Nano Conversion Coating

NETADD RD 52 is an acidic chemical designed to form a zirconium-based conversion coating layer on iron-steel, aluminum and electro-galvanized surfaces, suitable for spray and dipping processes, operating at low temperatures, degreasing and transformation coating in one bath. This layer provides a solid basis for wet and powder coating. It is recommended that the solution in the bath to be agitated during the immersion process. When the bath has completed its life, it can be discharged without purification by bringing the pH level to a neutral state. (The values specified by the Water and Sewerage Directorate of the region to be discharged should be taken into account.)
