NETFOS 1011 SZG is a liquid, weakly acidic chemical designed to form a protective iron phosphate layer on iron-steel, aluminum and galvanized surfaces. This layer provides a solid basis for wet and powder coating. NETFOS 1011 SZG material is suitable for wiping, dipping and spraying processes. To prevent foam formation in spraying processes, the bath should be operated at min. 40 C.
