NETMANIX FC 565 is a product designed to form manganese phosphate layer ranging from dark gray to black on the surfaces of iron & steel materials, no need for an “activation” bath, by dipping process. Corrosion resistance is increased with protective oils and waxes. The coated manganese phosphate layer increases the slip between the parts and facilitates the mobility of the parts. The coated manganese phosphate weight is 7 - 30 gr/m² depending on the dipping time and concentration.
