NETCHROME G 502 is a single component chemical designed to form a film layer containing high corrosion resistance, homogeneous and environmentally friendly Cr+3 ions on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys. It is a very good intermediate layer for wet and powder coating as well as protecting against environmental conditions on its own. By changing the concentration, time and temperature parameters, a homogeneous thin chromate + phosphate film layer is formed on the surface, ranging from a transparent, variegated rainbow color to dark green. NETCHROME G 502 can be applied by dipping and spraying.
