• Product: Tomato paste 28–30 °Bx and 36–38 °Bx
• Sterilization: Tubular UHT sterilizer,suitable for viscous products (80–300 kcP)
- Steam-in-place (SIP) system at 121–125 °C,20–30 minutes
- Integrated CIP system (alkaline/acid rinse)
