GULER Storage Tanks are units where milk is stored until it is processed. In cases where milk is cooled by Cooling Plate Heat Exchanger prior to storage, the isolated body of storage tank protecs the milk from environmental effects, which is mostly the risk of an increase on the milk temperature. Storage tanks are made of AISI304 Stainless Steel and equipped with an agitator motor for preventing fat globules arising and clubbing together to form a creamy layer on the milk surface and dispersing the fat contect inside the milk homogeniously.
