We carry out the pre-shipment inspection according to the statistical sampling procedure ANSI / ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1), inspection procedure as per the product specifications and related international standards. Every of our inspection services is customized to the client’s special requirements and his/her previous inspections historic. Thie Pre-Shipment Inspection guarantees the conformity of production to your specifications and international standards. It takes place when 100% of the production is finished and at least 80% packed for the exportation. The inspector checks on-site the completed products, the packaging and the packing by sampling according to the standard AQL ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 AQL (Default Level 2.) and client's checklist. We also perform the necessary tests on product to verify the product’s construction and assembly, safety and durability, functions, functionalities and functioning.
