Dry under sun light only after harvest…it’s color will turn more dark and taste of it will be more sweety.There are two quality type which are first quality and second quality and other type is Industrial. Number of sizes are : 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 and jumbo / in Malatya’s city.
