General Material and Structural Specifications Body Material: All units (tables, chairs, cabinets, and play kitchen sets) shall be manufactured from 18 mm thick, 1st class Birch or Beech Plywood (Papel) or, preferably, scratch-resistant Laminate-Coated MDF. Surface Finish: All products must be protected with water-based, child-safe varnish or paint that is EN 71-3 certified (anti-static and non-toxic). Edge Finishing: For child safety, all corners and edges must be radiused (rounded); no sharp surfaces or edges shall be left exposed. Fasteners/Assembly: To increase structural strength, minifix and dowel connection systems shall be used. All screws must be concealed with plastic safety caps. 2. Product-Specific Technical Details 2.1. Children’s Study Desks and Chairs Desk: Rectangular form; legs shall be made of solid beech wood with reinforced connections to prevent wobbling. Dimensions: Approx. 120×60×55 cm (Adjustable based on age group). Chair: Features an ergonomic backrest with a seat height of 30–32 cm. The leg angle must be designed to prevent the chair from tipping backwards. 2.2.
