Govinda Bhog rice is not produced as per demand. There is no substitute for this rice. This rice has been produced only on the soil of West Bengal for thousands of years, which is made into prasad, payes, khichuri of Hindu deities. It's called by local people Aromatic Rice or bhoger Rice. It's a costly rice compared another basmati and non basmati rice. it's small size, milky white colour, texture hard, very pleasant aromatic, sweety.
