Our designs are in compliance with the latest edition of IS 3177 and IS 807 Use of special purpose S4 Crane duty, water-resistant motors from reputed brands such as ABB, Crompton, and Siemens VVVF drives are used to eliminate swaying of loads and provide ultra smooth lifting and crane movements Option for flameproof & dustproof panel box, motor, switch gears, brakes etc as per client’s requirement Creep speed/micro inching is available for precision applications (such as CNC and auto moulds) and material handling of delicate items All motions are protected with Fail safe type brakes (which are applied when power supply is off and release when power supply is on All motions are protected with limit switches Rubber buffers are provided to extra protection against collision in case of limit switch failure Wire ropes are of Usha Martin make with 6x36 steel/fiber core construction with required breaking strength as per IS 2266 Gearboxes are helical type and manufactured from Alloy Steel, hardened, precision for extra long life Crane wheels are manufactured using hardened EN-9 material for extra long life and to handle wheel loads safely Wire rope drums are manufactured in-house and threaded specially to achieve accurate fitting of wire rope Cranes are manufactured in line with appropriate class of duty as required by the client’s application Option for Pendent, Radio Remote and Cabin Operation
