PROCEDURES: Seller's Mediator issues a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO). Buyer/Buyer's Mediator sends a Letter Of Intent (LOI). (The price will be indicated in the Full Corporate Offer (FCO) and laboratory report attached) Seller's Mediator issues an FCO to Buyer/ Buyer's Mediator. Buyer/Buyer's Mediator signs, stamp the FCO and returns it to Seller's Mediator. (Contracts are issued only after receipt of a Buyer`s countersigned FCO) Seller issues Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to the Buyer for revision and acceptance. Both parties sign and exchange copies of SPA.
