The company was started in 1994 by a technocrat, Mr. Anang Desai with variedexperience in the field of fabric processing and yarn processing machinery. Thecompany, when started, was engaged in the
manufacturing of small components oftextile machinery applications; retrofitting of machineries was also undertaken.
