Russia importer company: Trout Soup Set import

We are a trading company supplying most of the large retail chains in Belarus.

One of our clients has placed an order for frozen trout (salmon) products and we are looking for a trusted supplier in Turkey for:

Soup set (heads / frames mix)
Monthly volume: 20 metric tons (first shipment June-July 2025)
Packaging: any standard frozen blocks (10–20 kg) – flexible
First priority: quality & price; logistics details we can discuss later.

Could you please confirm:

Price – quote in €/kg
Option A: DAP Minsk (if you can deliver)
Option B: FCA (specify pickup point)
Basic quality specs – raw material, fat %, photos needed
Lead time – production + transit days
Payment terms – your standard practice
If the price and quality are acceptable we will move quickly to finalize the contract and logistics.
