Sound insulation materials import request North Macedonia

We need aluminum absorbing
sound panels, single-sided perforated, filled with mineral
wool ρ=100kg/m3, sheet thickness 1.2mm, electrostatic
painted with color according to the choice of the Investor.
Panels should have sound insulating powerDLr ≥ 25 dB
class B3 and absorption coeficient DLa ≥ 13 dB class A4.
Dimensions of the panels are 2960x500mm, with
appropriate profiles and EPDM rubber seals for sealing.
They are installed in steel HEA 160 pillars. Quantity 2585 pcs.
Also we need reflective transparent
sound panels, performed with policarbonate with
thickness 15mm, thermoformed in Z shape. Panels
should have sound insulating powerDLr ≥ 29 dB class B3.
Dimensions of the panels are 2960x500mm, with
appropriate profiles and EPDM rubber seals for sealing.
They are installed in steel HEA 160 pillars. Quntity 1900 pcs
Both position must be made according to the
standards EN-1793-2, EN 1794-1.
