Machine Overview:
This machine produces tahini by grinding sesame, that works in two stages by producing rough tahini that will
be fed into the 120 cm basalt stones to produce smooth tahini.
Machine Specifications:
1-
Grinding stone diameter 120 cm with minimal thickness of 22 cm.
2-
Machine to be made entirely from food grade stainless steel 304L.
3-
Stones to be made from basalt.
4-
The grinding area/stones to be fully covered by stainless steel 304L.
5-
Proper motor with inverter to be used in order to control the rotating speed of the stone.
6-
Proper motor and gear to be used in order to control the automatic lifting mechanism of the stone.
7-
Automatic stop sensor to stop the stone rotation when the tahini flow ends.
8-
Control panel to power the grinding stone, control rotating speed, control the pushing or lifting of the
stone, etc.
9-
Temperature gauge to monitor tahini temperature.
10- Tahini pumping mechanism to pump tahini to the tahini silo.
11- A small automatic grinding stone (Basalt Or Industrial stone) to grind the roasted sesame into rough tahini
that will be fed to the two 120 cm Basalt grinding stones.
12- Each of the 120 cm stones should have a production capacity of 80-110 kg tahini per hour.
13- The machine must have two storage tanks, one for thick coarse tahini and the other for fine/smooth
tahini, with a capacity of 300 kg each.
14- Sesame feeding mechanism to be able to feed the rough grinding stone with sesame to grind.
15- Sesame storage on top of the rough grinding stone with a capacity of minimum 300 kg.
