2. List of products you can supply for authorized government / defense use (please do not include any restricted trade specifics in the initial email if your systems require classification).
3. Certifications & approvals — ISO, defense/munitions licenses, export control registrations, quality assurance, and any government supplier registrations.
4. Compliance & export controls — evidence of ability to export to Pakistan, capability to provide required export licenses, end-user / end-use documentation, and compliance with international regulations.
5. Previous government/defense contracts (references or case studies) and experience working through authorized procurement channels.
6. Technical documentation available on request: MSDS, technical data sheets, test certificates, manufacturing quality control procedures.
7. Minimum order quantities, lead times, and typical pricing structure (FOB/CIF options).
8. Inspection, testing & acceptance procedures, and any on-site commissioning or technical support you provide.
